2020 Ovarian Cancer Canada Walk of Hope $100 Fundraising Draw

 

By participating in the Contest, all participants accept and agree to comply with these Official Rules. No purchase necessary.

Eligibility:

  1. To be eligible for the Contest, you must be registered for the 2020 Ovarian Cancer Canada Walk of Hope and be over the age of seventeen (17) years old.
  2. Employees and board members of Ovarian Cancer Canada are not eligible.
  3. Residents of Quebec are not eligible.

Promotional Period:

Promotion of the contest begins Monday, August 31st, 2020 at 12:01am EDT ending Sunday, September 13th, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. EDT.

How to Enter:

  • Registered participants who raise a minimum of $100 CAD for the Ovarian Cancer Canada Walk of Hope from Wednesday, April 1st, 2020 until Sunday, September 13th, 2020 will be automatically entered into a draw to win select Nintendo products.
  • Online and offline donations must be submitted by Sunday, September 13th, 2020 at 11:59 p.m.
  • Offline donations need to be verified by Ovarian Cancer Canada to be counted towards the individual’s total.
  • No purchase necessary.
  • Registered participants will qualify to receive one entry per every $100.00 CAD raised in donations collected towards their individual fundraising total for the 2020 Ovarian Cancer Canada Walk of Hope.
  • Entries will be accepted from across Canada for all Walk locations excluding Quebec.
  • Registered participants are limited to only receiving one prize per contest. No limit to the number of qualified entries per participant.

Prize:

  • Winners will be selected by random draw, from all eligible entries during the contest period.
  • A Registered participant will only be eligible to receive one (1) prize.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash value.
  • A draw will take place for the prizes listed below.
    • A total of three (3) Nintendo Switch Lite systems – Turquoise (MSRP $259.99 CAD) and (3) download codes for the New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe game (MSRP $79.99 CAD).
  • Ovarian Cancer Canada and Nintendo of Canada Ltd. shall not assume any liability for lost, damaged or misdirected prizes.
  • Nintendo is not a sponsor, co-sponsor or administrator of the contest.

Additional rules for marketing and promotional materials from Ovarian Cancer Canada:

  • By accepting the prize, the recipient agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of his/her name, city, voice, statements about the Contest and/or photograph (if submitted) or other likeness without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on behalf of Ovarian Cancer Canada by any manner, including print, broadcast, email or the internet.
