Welcome to my personal page!

Ovarian Cancer: Every year so many beautiful women lose the battle to this disease. These women are aunt's, sister's, daughter's, wife's mother's, and grandmother's.
I'm walking for my mom Gloria House.
Walking for Gloria
Gloria was diagnosed in 2004. Throughout the following eight years, Gloria was headstrong and fought as much as she could while making the most out of family time, travelling and creating a lifetime of memories.
She went through two remission periods, fighting the cancer every step of the way. When it came back a third time, she qualified for an experimental treatment and she didn’t think twice about going ahead with it.
Speaking to the Calgary team at the Ovarian Cancer Canada, Lorilyn recalls one example of her mom’s selflessness, “I remember asking her why she continued to take the experimental treatments. She looked me in the eye and told me: I'm doing this so that others will have a fighting chance. What doesn't work for me might work for another family.”
“And that's who she was. She was a kind, generous woman who would give you the clothes off her back and ensure you were looked after. She would endure numerous treatments of experimental chemo to ensure other women had a fighting chance.”
So if you're able to join me or donate we would really appreciate it.
