Welcome to my personal page!
On September 10th, I will be joining many others in the fight against Ovarian Cancer.
Greta, Easton, and I will join the Sauer family and many others as we walk in memory of Jenna Sauer who recently lost her fight at the age of 18. Jenna was a beautiful young woman who gave so much to the sport of ringette - as a player, coach, cheerleader, and inspiration. She will never be forgotten and this is one way we can show Kelli, Leigh, and Lilli that Jenna meant so much to so many, and that her journey to help others, will continue on.
If you are able, please donate so that we can continue to fight this disease.
Today, thousands of Canadian women are living with ovarian cancer and another 2,800 will be diagnosed this year.
Each of these women is central to a family. Every one of these women has people who love her. Just being there to support and honor her means everything. That’s why I’m participating with thousands of others at the Ovarian Cancer Canada Walk of Hope.
The Walk celebrates the hope I carry with me every day – the hope for a future without this disease.
This year’s goal is to raise $2.1 million. Every dollar we raise supports Ovarian Cancer Canada, the only national charity entirely dedicated to this important cause. Funds will be used to provide support, increase awareness, and fund vital research so that we can change the future for the women we love.
