Welcome to My Personal Page

Today, thousands of Canadians are living with ovarian cancer and approximately 3,100 will be diagnosed this year. But today - we are paving the way for a brighter tomorrow.
Together, our fundraising and participation in the Walk will spur advocacy efforts to provide the best possible care, further scientific progress, and ensure that all those diagnosed know that they are not alone.
That’s why I’m joining the thousands of other participants at the Ovarian Cancer Canada Walk of Hope. Precious lives depend on it, and the community deserves it.
I am walking in Support of Nancy, my stepmother. Please see her message below!

My name is Nancy. I am living with Ovarian Cancer. One in 75 women will face the same challenge. The day I was diagnosed, my life changed completely, as did the lives of everyone close to me.
As I navigate my way along this journey, I am learning just how little we know about the disease, early detection, symptoms, treatments, options. It is with this in mind that I am doing what I can to help raise awareness, educate women, and support much needed research.
I am very fortunate to have a wonderful family who are taking up this challenge with me and walking on my behalf in the Walk of Hope. Every step they take brings us one step closer.
You can help us by making a donation or joining the team.
For all the women living with this disease and all the families affected by it, Thank You for your support.
