In 2003, my mom and my children’s “Nanny” passed away after living with  ovarian cancer for 4 years. She made the most of her time with us and we have many loving memories. In her honour, and for the many diagnoses that have come after her, my son, Scott, and I are walking for Ovarian Cancer Research on Sunday September 11.
