Walk-a-holics
Today, thousands of Canadians are living with ovarian cancer and approximately 3,100 will be diagnosed this year. But today - we are paving the way for a brighter tomorrow.
One of our very own staff at Maple Manor Nursing Homes is being affected by ovarian cancer. Our staff wants to help fundraise to help raise awareness of ovarian cancer, support the women and families who are also being affected by ovarian cancer and provide more resources for scientific progress.
That is why the staff at Maple Manor Nursing Home are joining the thousands of other participants at the Ovarian Cancer Canada Walk of Hope. Precious lives depend on it, and the community deserves it.
Every dollar we raise supports Ovarian Cancer Canada, the only national charity dedicated to overcoming this disease.
Let’s raise the teal flag and show our support together. Let all those who are being affected know they are not alone. Please consider joining our team or donating to our walk.
Thank you for your support. It means the world to us, and everyone affected by this disease
