Did you know that thousands of Canadians are currently living with ovarian cancer? It's tough news to receive, and this year alone, over 3,000 people will be diagnosed. Sadly, ovarian cancer is the most serious type of cancer affecting anyone born with ovaries, and only around half of those diagnosed will make it past the five-year mark.

In my first year with Ovarian Cancer Canada, I've seen firsthand the incredible dedication of our team. They fearlessly and passionately fight against ovarian cancer, with one vision in mind: zero deaths from this disease. We absolutely refuse to accept the idea that ovarian cancer can't be wiped out. Our plan is simple: demand action, bring about change, and transform lives. We're here, side by side, with those going through, affected by, or at risk of ovarian cancer.
