We'd like to extend a special thank you to McDonald's for providing some delicious treats and coffee to help you energize before the Walk, and to Coke Canada Bottling for supplying fresh water to ensure we stay hydrated throughout the event.
We will commence with a brief opening ceremony. Following that, Innovative Fitness will lead us in an enjoyable warm-up to prepare us for the walk, which will start shortly after 10:00 am. Walk along the trail until you reach the 2.5km marker, then turn around to complete your 5km journey. Volunteers will be on hand to provide guidance.
Be sure not to miss the musical duo Gail and Kal Hourigan, who will be performing both before and after the Walk.
