I am so grateful for the support of my friends and family who are joining Team Jenn and walking on behalf of everyone affected by this disease, but most importantly, my mum. She was diagnosed earlier this year and the diagnosis took everyone by surprise. She has taken on this challenge with the most positive attitude and has always had a smile on her face no matter what. I'm beyond proud of her in every way.
