Ride for Sheila Rae & You!

I am cycling from coast to coast of this beautiful country to advocate for personal awareness and public action for Ovarian Cancer research, prevention and treatment. Starting in Vancouver in May, I expect to arrive in Halifax in August. You can follow my progress and perhaps even join me for a part of my ride or at a stop along the way by subscribing to my blog or following me on social media.

I lost my sister Sheila Rae last year and am passionate about making a difference for other people's sisters, mothers, wives & friends.
Today, thousands of Canadian women are living with ovarian cancer and another 2,800 will be diagnosed this year.
Each of these women is central to a family. Every one of these women has people who love her. Just being there to support and honor her means everything. That’s why I am supporting this vital cause.
Every dollar I raise supports Ovarian Cancer Canada, the Canadian charity championing the health and wellbeing of women with ovarian cancer and those at risk for the disease, while advancing research to save lives. Funds will help further scientific progress, advocacy efforts and support programs.
Please support this event with a generous donation. Together we can help women live fuller, better and longer lives.
